How to Add a New User and grant a Permission in microsoft bing search console?
Granting a Permission to a new user with a limited access is sometimes helps a bit. For Example, "A" is a super admin of his website. He manages, updates everything on his website all alone. But, if in emergencies, some other planning, he was unavailable. In the meanwhile, he wanted to update some important changes on his website but, as he was in planned-off he was not able to do so. If he doesn't make these changes, he might lose his audience / customers. So, Granting an access to another User (say "B") with limited permissions may helpfull for "A". "B" may do any updations on behalf of the "A".
